Today was my personal record. However it did not come without sacrifices from us all. In the craziness of it all today, I forgot about nap time for Emery. I knew we'd be pushing it, but she slept late this morning so I thought I was good. After realizing I could not hold her any longer, I beelined it to the baby aisle, busted open a pack of pacifiers, and laid her down with my purse for her pillow. She was k.o.'d for the rest of the trip! Thank you Jesus for a sound sleeper. (and Daddy, although I deeply disliked your "inability" to hear our newborns crying in the middle of the night, I now thank you for passing on those genes to Em)
Grocery shopping or not she will take her nap!

How precious. Being a stay at home Mom has its ups and downs ... having to shop with children would usually be a down, but you turned the trip into a up ... How clever you are!
