I have never been very fortunate when "enjoying "the outdoors, unless it is the beach. Perhaps that is why I never get too excited when someone mentions hiking or camping. The idea is great. I truly love being in God's creation, that is, most of his creation. For some unknown reason I draw all things harmful my way. It's rare I am outside more than 30minutes that I don't have something after me. Bugs, bees, ants, crawly things, ticks, you name it. So my love of the outdoors is greatly marred by it's inhabitants. Even this past weekend as I was about to enjoy a delicious salad while sitting out on the patio of a restaurant, and a bug decided it would land in
my salad. Today I've killed 2 spiders, a tick, a mosquito, a fly, and a quite a few ants, IN my house. Landlord please?!
So today I decide we will get outside and play with bubbles. While we were playing a cat that has taken up with us lately came around. She has recently had kittens and we've been trying to follow her and find them. (Follow me here) So the girls and I went up in the front ya

rd following the cat and next thing I know Bella says Mommy look! I look over and Emery screams, she is standing right in the middle of a fire ant bed that is probably about 2ft in diameter. I go to grab her and can not even see her shoes for the ants. I strip her down and brush them all off her legs and feet and run to the house with them biting my feet the whole way. She is fine now, but has a lot of bites on her feet and ankles.
So is this hereditary?
