Yesterday I think we had to transition into resting. It was a great day, stress-free. somehow we managed dentists appointments, grocery shopping and even dinner with some friends at Chuck E. Cheese.
Today, my friend, has been the repercussions of so much non-stop activity. Bella started with an attitude this morning and Emery took the cake the rest of the day. At lunch she refused to stop fussing and sit in her chair, so I removed her from the table and put her in the playroom (I know, what was I thinking?, but it was the only free room downstairs o.k.). I told her she had to stay in there by herself until she could calm down and sit nicely at the table with Bella and I. I turned around and walked out closing the door behind me. She was FURIOUS!!! I mean she was ranting AND raving. After about a minute or two I heard her sticking her tongue out at the door and blowing spit out of her mouth as hard as she could. I started laughing so hard I couldn't hide it from Bella. I just couldn't believe she was so mad and the thought of her just furiously sticking her tongue out at the door cracked me up. I gained my composure and went in the room. She was amazingly calm as if she knew that she was in trouble even more so than before. So I ask her if she was ready to go to the table and sit nicely while she ate her sandwich. She said "yes mame" withdrool hanging off her chin and a soaking wet shirt. She apologized "Sorrwe" and we had a great rest of the day...so far.

Those girls are just beautiful!
I reread this and I have to tell you it was even funnier the 2nd time around! I would have love to have been a fly on that wall and seen little Miss Emery Kate and her sticking her tounge out and stuff. I am sure I too would have had a hard time not cracking up! You are an awesome mom!!! I am glad that you are my grandchildren's mommy!
Love Ya
