What would you do?

So on our anniversary trip we were trying to save some money and we used a website to "bid" on a hotel in Atlanta. You entered the criteria: days, star rating, area, etc... then you put in your offer and hit the button to see if it was accepted. You don't know the hotel until you find out if your bid was accepted.

So we entered in our criteria and selected the 4 star+ rating. I was excited. I called on our way down to request a non-smoking room and the best view possible. The guy was very friendly and said it was all set.

When we checked in they sent us to the "international tower". We headed over to the "other" elevators (away from the main lobby) and up to our room. I had a feeling it might not be what we had thought. We go in the room and it looked like a Holiday Inn from 15 years ago. Greasy headboard and all. I go over and look out the window and look to my right and see this.

Look to my left and see this...

Look straight ahead and see this......

Jamie politely called the front desk and ask if there was another area of the hotel that was cleaner and perhaps a bit more updated? They were very friendly and sent us to a room that was great for us.

What would you do?
